The Structure of the BZH and its Staff
The Bonn Center for Higher Education (BZH) is a central operating unit tasked (in conjunction with internal and external partners and reporting to the Rectorate) with the provision of advice, support and services to all faculties in their core responsibilities in the areas of teaching and learning.
The BZH is managed by a steering committee consisting of the Vice Rector for Teaching, Learning and University Development, the various Deans of Studies and the executive committee of the Bonn Center for Teacher Education (BZL). The head of Teaching and Academic Planning sits on the steering committee in an advisory capacity. University-wide networking via committees and specialist working and project groups, engaged with tasks identical or similar to that in the remit of the BZH, also ensures the coordinated planning of provision in this area. These web pages provide further information about the composition of the BZH management, the BZH team and our networking ties with other institutions and committees.
